Shepherdstown Map and Links
We're dancing at two locations in downtown Shepherdstown. The main location is the War Memorial Building at 102 E German Street. The other location is half a block away at the Entler Hotel, 129 E German St. A university parking lot, which is open to the public from Friday evening through the weekend, is located a block northeast of the Entler Hotel at the corner of Princess Street and High Street.

Our host hotel is the Clarion Inn and Conference Center at 233 Lowe Drive. When making reservations, be sure to tell the hotel that you are with the DC Lambda Squares group.
Another reasonably priced hotel is the Comfort Inn at 2001 Maddex Square Drive. For B&B buffs, you'll want to check out the lodgings at the Thomas Shepherd Inn at 300 W German Street. Finally, if you're feeling quite continental, you'll want to stay in style at the Bavarian Inn.

American Conservation Film Festival - November 6 - 9, the American Conservation Film Festival will be presenting entertaining films with a wide range of issues that focus on the relationships between people and the environment.
The annual three-day event on November 6-9 is held in cooperation with the National Conservation Training Center and the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Local and national feature-length and short films for audiences of all ages will be presented, as well as thought-provoking dialogue, a meet-the-filmmaker reception, children's films, a student filmmaker forum and competition, and information sessions from a variety of environmental groups.
