We're planning one of our best fly-ins ever for HFH XIV. We won't be in Harpers Ferry this year, due to the sale and closing of Hilltop House. But we've found a fabulous location nearby in charming Shepherdstown, WV for HFH 2008, reincarnated as Harvest Festival Hoedown: Swing Thru Shepherdstown! Woohoo!!! November 7 - 9, 2008, we'll be dancing in the heart of historic Shepherdstown's German Street shopping district on gorgeous hardwood floors in all three dance halls. Fine dining, pizza joints, coffee and tea houses, quirky gift shops, arts and crafts are literally steps away from the dance floors.
Shepherdstown is just minutes off of I-81, for those coming from the northeast, and 50 minutes from Dulles International Airport for those who are truly flying-in. Shepherdstown is 12 miles outside of Harpers Ferry, WV on WV state route 230.
